The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem Experience is a family friendly, immersive experience that invites guests to explore the turtles’ underground home. Guests should expect to see what life is like inside their lair and train with your favorite heroes.

Just a photo ID is needed to enter!

The experience is just about 15-20 minutes, depending on how quickly you’d like to move through the space.

There is no age minimum, but guests under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. While the experience is family-friendly, there are bright lights and loud noises that may startle very young children. Parents are encouraged to use their own discretion and understand they are responsible for their children while within the space.

Strollers are not allowed inside the experience due to space. Please note that children under the age of 13 will have to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We encourage parents to use their own discretion and understand they are responsible for their children while within the space.

Guests who arrive after their time slot, or miss their time slot, will be allowed to join the standby line, however there is no guarantee of admission.

Please arrive at the experience at your designated reservation time. Entrance to the experience will be in 20 minute increments, so please note that wait times may vary even with a reservation.

We will do our best to keep each party together, however there is no guarantee. If you are a group larger than 4, you are welcome to email TMNTexperience@experiencenve.com to let us know, and we can see if we are able to accommodate.

Ooze After Dark is an enhanced version of the experience, targeted to more mature audiences. From 6PM to 8PM each night, the lights go down and the music turns up. Open to all ages, but please expect bright, strobing lights and loud noises.

While parking is not provided, you can often find street parking or available lots around the area. The closest public parking lot is located at City of Santa Monica Parking Structure 1 (1234 Fourth St Santa Monica, CA 90401) Just a 3 minute walk from the experience

The closest subway to our experience would be the A,C,E train line at 14th/ 8 Ave subway station, just a 4 minute walk from the experience. If you are traveling by bus the M11, M14D-SBS buses will stop at West 14th and 9th Avenue, directly outside from the experience

Should the experience be closed during your ticketed time due to weather, we will honor your ticket for the remaining days of the live activation.

Please note that we have a limited standby line, meaning that it will close once it hits capacity. We do this to ensure no one is waiting too long and all have an enjoyable experience. While you cannot gather and wait for it to reopen, we do recommend you continue to check on it as we hope to move guests through quickly.
